Product details
An LNG filling station is specifically designed to refill LNG vehicle storage tanks. Stations can be categorized into fixed and skid-mounted types, i.e., conventional and skid-mounted stations. Conventional stations are generally larger, capable of servicing more vehicles, with a typical capacity to supply approximately 300 vehicles and a refueling scale of about 30,000 Nm³ per day.
System Processes Include:
Unloading System
LNG Storage System
Boosting System
Submerged Liquid Filling System
Fueling System for LNG Insulated Gas Cylinders
Control System
Alarm System
Our company offers turnkey projects for LNG vehicle fueling stations, including system design, complete equipment selection, control systems, engineering installation, commissioning training, and after-sales service.
LNG Filling Apparatus is the terminal system equipment for adding LNG fuel to vehicles. To meet the operational requirements of the system, the LNG filling apparatus mainly includes processes such as unloading, pressure regulation, liquid addition, and venting. Its working principle is as follows: LNG liquid from the vacuum storage tank is pressurized by a submersible pump through cryogenic piping into the LNG dispenser, where it is metered and then filled into LNG storage containers. The instrument air system provides a power source for automatic valves; during this process, the PLC control system collects signals from various control points for computation, analysis, control, and processing.
